Willy Guhl Sphere Planter - Large

THE DETAILS

THE STORY

Willy Guhl had a gift for making a garden planter feel like sculpture. The Swiss designer is beloved for his wonderfully oversized pieces, which is part of the charm of finding this petite sphere. Its rounded form has a wonderfully weathered grey and chalk surface, full of texture that catches the light.

It has the unmistakable Willy Guhl form at a scale you can bring onto a table or tuck beside a chair. Add a trailing plant and let it find its way over the edge, or bright fresh florals to contrast the neutral stone. A small piece of Guhl’s garden world, with room to live indoors.
