Shipping Damage Policy:
Every item is packaged professionally to ensure safe arrival to you, however is the rare event that your one of a kind arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- Original packaging
- Shipping label
Claims submitted after 72 hours of confirmed delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.
