Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide from Buffalo, NY. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Products are securely and professionally packaged to ensure their safe arrival.

Damage:

In the rare event your item arrives damaged, your purchase is completely insured. To process the claim, we require photos of the damaged item, the shipping box and label, and the internal packaging within 24 hours of delivery.

Are products authentic?

Yes. We source directly through standing partners in Turkey, and each piece is carefully selected and inspected prior to export. Many of our Turkish vessels carry official markings from the Turkish Cultural authorities, reflecting their cultural verification and export documentation.


We also work closely with trusted US based import partners to source authentic, timeworn objects directly from their places of origin. These relationships allow us to uncover pieces from rural workshops and traditional makers that are not typically available through commercial channels.

Parking

Parking is available in the lot directly outside our space for your convenience.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of vintage and antique pieces, all sales are final. Each item is carefully inspected and professionally packed prior to shipment to ensure it arrives safely. We welcome any questions prior to purchase to ensure confidence in your selection.

Local Pick-up & Delivery

All items are available for local pickup at our space, and local delivery is available for certain pieces within the surrounding area.

These options allow you to secure your item immediately so it is not purchased by another collector. Pick up orders are typically ready within 24 hours of purchase.
