THE STORY

Our vintage wood chapati risers from India were originally used as a functional household piece for preparing and serving food. Each carries its own timeworn surface, natural irregularities, and patina from years of use. Today, we love them for adding height and texture beneath vessels, candles, or collected objects.

To our fellow lovers of the timeworn: Please note these are vintage, handmade pieces. Natural irregularities are part of their character, and surfaces may not be perfectly even or level.
