This old Anatolian jar has clearly spent some time under the open Mediterranean sky. Lichen still clings to the clay, and its surface moves between warm terracotta, dusty green, and little flashes of ochre. Two handles and a generous body hint at its earlier life as a household storage vessel. We’d give it a place where the afternoon light can reach it, the colors seem to change every time you walk past.
