THE STORY

A charming French wooden stool with a rich, dark finish and beautifully turned legs. Our favorite detail sits just below: carved wooden supports that meet at a round medallion, giving this humble piece an unexpected bit of whimsy.

We love it beside a linen armchair, holding a favorite vessel and a small stack of well-loved books.
