THE STORY
From Erzurum in eastern Anatolia, these pots were the kitchen workhorses, made to hold everyday staples and kept close at hand.
These vessels features a low, rounded shape, two small loop handles, and a blackened charcoal surface. Patches of warm clay show through the wear. We love them on an open shelf among old cookbooks and linens, although the low profile makes this a perfect coffee or side table vessel for your fresh florals.
