Delicate in scale yet rich in detail, this vintage rice dish is finished with a muted blush-brown hue and a beautifully matte, unglazed surface. Delicate hand-painted blue florals drift across the exterior.
Originally used in daily kitchen ritual, it now lends itself to styling as a small catchall, a quiet shelf object, or a textural accent layered among collected pieces. Equally beautiful empty or holding something simple.
Individually crafted and painted by hand, no two pieces are exactly alike, with subtle variations in brushwork, tone, and finish that speak to their handmade origins.
